Well, up north was fun. I got to see my little cousins by chance. They were in Dallas for a wedding. We spontaneously decided to stay an extra night in Harbor Springs. We went and saw Grammy Nancy in the nursing home up there. They said she's not doing well and refuses to eat. They say they think she thinks that she no longer has a reason to live and that it is her time to go. She didn't seem herself when we went to see her. She usually is always up and in her wheelchair and moving around and laughing and, just, being herself. She was in bed. She hadn't gotten out of her bed in a week, even for her birthday last thursday. I hope she gets better.

We went to Mackinac Island on Sunday. The boat was there with everybody on it. We rode over on one of the ferry's. Those things are soo much fun! We got there, looked around at all the shops, and then went up to the Grand Hotel. My uncle rented the Wasco Cottage, a big cottage attached to the back side of the Grand Hotel. It ha about 4 or 5 bedrooms and guess how much it was a night to rent it out....

$3,400 DOLLARS!!! CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT! It was really nice inside, but NOTHING is worth that much money! At least per night at a HOTEL! Oh well, however he wants to spend his money is fine by me. Especially if he's getting something for muah. Haha just kidding. Not really though. Not much else is going on. Only 5 more days of summer school left! Yahoo!!!! Whohooo!!!! Hopefully the rest of the summer will be better.
